I'm sure you could do pretty well, you can pull off Geiger-eqsue work O_O. It's a 3D model though, so it pales in comparison to the real difficulty of drawing. With 3D modeling, I can at least manipulate and control every single vertex. Difficult, of course, but you get absolute control making it alot easier.
Cool Since this is your second submission on WH40K art, I thought I'd let you in in something...
A few of us in my clan are getting together and are asking Gamespy if we can set up a Planet Warhammer site. The goal of the site will be to discuss news, interviews and mods for all games in both the Warhammer and Warhammer40K franchises. This is also in preparation of things I plan to do with Games Workshop in the next few years.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
